1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and betprk ("betprk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at betprk.org.

By accessing the betprk website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the betprk platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the betprk platform.

These Terms apply to all users of betprk's services, including players accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and all other cities and regions across Pakistan.

2 Eligibility

To register and use betprk's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the betprk platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. betprk enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming and betting activities in line with international responsible gaming licensing standards.
• You are accessing betprk voluntarily and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on betprk or on any other gaming platform where such exclusion extends to betprk.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of betprk or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game and software providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not using betprk's services in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that makes your use of betprk unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

betprk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to users who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with betprk's underage and ineligible user procedures.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the betprk platform. betprk strictly prohibits the creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual. Where betprk identifies that a user holds more than one account, betprk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You are required to keep your registration information up to date. betprk will not be liable for any failure to deliver communications or process transactions resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betprk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. betprk recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number as an additional security measure. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to and treated as the actions of the registered account holder.

4 KYC and Identity Verification

betprk operates under an internationally licensed framework and is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification may be required at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during your use of the betprk platform at betprk's sole discretion.

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photographic identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the account holder's name and mobile number, or relevant bank documentation for HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank transactions).
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes exceed betprk's internal thresholds.

betprk will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed the required level of KYC verification. betprk reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of KYC procedures where betprk deems it necessary to do so.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to betprk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. betprk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and GrabPay. betprk does not charge a fee on PKR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of betprk.

Deposit funds are credited to your betprk account balance upon confirmation of receipt by betprk's payment processing systems. betprk does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the betprk account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified betprk account holders. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with betprk's anti-money laundering procedures. betprk targets withdrawal processing times of within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three banking days for bank transfer requests, subject to verification status and transaction volume.

betprk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where the account's KYC documentation is incomplete, or where betprk's fraud detection systems have flagged the transaction for review.

5.3 Currency

betprk operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values on the betprk platform represent PKR values.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

betprk may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational use by eligible players. betprk reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or multi-accounting is identified.
• betprk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.
• Where a user requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, betprk may deduct the bonus balance and any associated bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, fish shooting games, slots, and specialty games available on the betprk platform are operated under the rules established by the respective game provider and certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are sourced directly from certified provider documentation.

betprk does not manipulate game outcomes. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning conducted by professional human dealers and captured by live video feed.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. betprk will not be held liable for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's side, including interruptions on Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone mobile networks.

8 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the betprk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as displayed within the betprk sportsbook interface at the time the bet is placed. The following general sportsbook rules apply across all markets:

• Bets accepted by betprk's sportsbook system are binding once confirmed. Confirmation is evidenced by the appearance of the bet on your betprk account's bet history.
• betprk reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from system or data errors. In such cases the stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to betprk's live betting rules and market availability. betprk may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and other domestic and international tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other applicable authority).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet and per market apply and are displayed within the betprk sportsbook interface.
• betprk reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting access on specific markets for individual accounts where betprk determines it appropriate to do so, without obligation to provide reasons.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betprk platform. betprk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated bets, game activity, and bonuses, and to withhold or recover funds where betprk determines that prohibited conduct has occurred:

• Creating or using more than one betprk account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with betprk's games, sportsbook markets, or cashier systems.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in betprk's platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to betprk support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of betprk's bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with recreational player behaviour.
• Using betprk's platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Allowing another person to use your betprk account, or using another person's betprk account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the betprk platform, including but not limited to the betprk brand name and logo, website design, game graphics and animations, software, text, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of betprk or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the betprk platform grants you any licence or right to use betprk's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered betprk user.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betprk content without prior written authorisation from betprk.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betprk's aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the betprk platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to betprk in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betprk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the betprk platform, regardless of whether betprk was advised of the possibility of such damages.

betprk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the betprk platform at all times. betprk shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions beyond betprk's reasonable control.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

betprk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by users in accordance with betprk's Privacy Policy. By registering a betprk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the betprk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13 Responsible Gaming

betprk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. betprk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gaming activity and provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your betprk account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been gaming for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period on your account without permanently closing it.

14 Account Suspension and Closure

betprk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason at betprk's sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested by betprk.
• Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the account.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude or close the account.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the betprk platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the betprk platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

betprk recommends that users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The version of these Terms currently published on the betprk website supersedes all prior versions.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the betprk platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under betprk's international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a user and betprk, the user is encouraged to contact betprk's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. betprk will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through betprk's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under betprk's international gaming licence.
