betprk's services are strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. betprk does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. betprk's registration and KYC processes include age verification steps specifically designed to prevent underage access to the betprk platform.

If betprk becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, betprk will take immediate steps to close the relevant account, delete the associated personal data, and — where funds have been deposited — handle those funds in accordance with betprk's underage gaming policy.

14 International Data Transfers

betprk operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. As a result, your personal data may be processed by betprk or its authorised service partners on servers located outside of Pakistan.
